Arts Learning Circle

Learning circles have been used for centuries in many different situations. Over time and across countries, communities and groups have used learning circles to empower their members to make choices and take action. A learning circle has been described as a group of individuals with a common interest who meet regularly to learn from each other, and others. Educators have used learning circles to connect learners with the goal of developing trust and respect for diversity of experience and fostering skill development among peers.

Arts Learning Circle aims to connect artists from all backgrounds to each other, with the goal of empowering each other to learn new skills and develop collaborative relationships through community programming. We will provide professional development and networking opportunities for artists.
